Yolk’s Dale Williams shortlisted for an IWA Business Award
Yolk’s Dale Williams has made it to the finals of the Western Mail/IWA Business Awards in the Young Achiever category.
The awards which consist of nine categories ranging from Company of the Year to Start-up Company of the Year all aim to acknowledge those people who have led, motivated and driven business forward through tenacity and hard work.
Dale, now 28, founded Yolk Recruitment, the Cardiff based commercial recruitment agency in 2009 during the recession which led to many business closures. Despite this Yolk has experienced strong year-on-year growth and continues to do so with Dale at the helm alongside business partner Duncan Powell.
Other finalists in the Young Achiever category include Sara Morris, a branch supervisor and deputy manager at Budget Vets and Bryony Gumin, owner and founder of Fit Smart, based in Blackwood. Last year’s winner in this category was awarded to Cwmbran’s Tegan Morgan who had been working at youth centres inspiring and offering support to teenagers.
Dale, who was earlier this year recognised as a Rising Star by Insider Media, will find out at awards gala on Friday November 9th 2012 if he has been successful in winning the award.
