Senior HR Administrator A small professional business located on the outskirts of Cardiff is working exclusively with Yolk HR to find an exceptional Senior HR Administrator. In this job you will support the management team and wider business with all aspects of generalist Human Resources administration and occasionally the provision of HR Advice. This is a newly created post that you will be able to shape and make your own. It would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who wants more of a challenge and can work with minimal supervision. To be successful in this job you will already have HR administration experience that covers the full employee life cycle. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, issuing offers and contracts, carrying out compliance checks and referencing, assisting with inductions, setting up and maintaining employee files, managing holidays requests and absence, and assisting with payroll queries and liaising with external suppliers. It is necessary to be fully competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You will have excellent administration skills, be a strong written and verbal communicator and be confident dealing with internal and external customers at all levels.
