The Role This is an opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Team leader / manager to undertake a key role. You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the team’s performance in a call centre environment. Within the role you will monitor KPI’s and ensure service meet SLA or OLA targets. Identify specific training/skill needs within staff and provide coaching on a 1-2-1 basis. You will be required to organise and conduct Monthly Team Meetings as well as ad-hoc meetings where necessary. In addition a key requirement of this role is to be a positive influence on staff members, it is vital that you possess apositive and enthusiastic approach to work and the work environment at all times, motivating and enthusing team members.
