A highly innovative and expanding office equipment/office supplies company, our client is searching for a Sales Executive for their Wales office due to increased business demand. Established nearly 20 years ago our client has grown in size phenomenally. They embrace hard work, but do not rule with a stick! The incentives are fantastic, with basic salaries relevant to what you can bring to the table and a highly lucrative commission scheme (10% - 15% commission from all GP).
- Phone and field based new business sales and account management.
- Selling IT consumables, hardware and office equipment/supplies on a B2B basis.
- You will be tasked with developing New Business and then Account Managing that business
- You will be expected to visit clients on major account wins
- Working autonomously, with a strong emphasis on self management you will be able to make strong business decisions, although assistance is always given when needed
- A proven and consistent B2B sales professional with experience of selling to businesses in target driven and commission driven environments
- You will be motivated by money and able to 'hit the ground running’
- Outbound experience essential, as is Account Management experience
- Experience of working to, and exceeding targets
- Experience of selling office equipment, office supplies, telecoms or IT equipment would be highly beneficial.
- This role offers a basic salary of £16-23k (based on knowledge, experience and ability to develop the market)
- 10% - 15% commission on all £GP
