The Client

The client we are working with operate within the business services industry and have a busy in-house team. This role requires a candidate with strong customer service and/or sales skills as this role will be dealing with inbound calls from clients across the UK. 

Responsibilities 

  • Review daily tender updates and email inbox for relevant opportunities
  • Refer relevant opportunities to key contacts within the business
  • Follow up/chase all referred opportunities
  • Send out expressions of interest and delcline all tenders that are not relevant
  • Chase customers for outstanding documents
  • Ensure all internal administration and housekeeping with regards to the above is maintained to a high standard

Experience Required 

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi task
  • Very good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook
  • Self motivated, diciplined and professional
  • A strong team player, with a very good communication and organisational skills
  • Commited to achieving a high level of customer service at all times
  • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible
  • Very strong administration skills
