The Client

Our Cardiff based client are looking to recruit a tenacious, professional and resilient B2B sales person, who can build client relationships via the telephone and secure quality business appointments with organisations both regionally and nationally. They offer a full package telecoms service covering fixed line and mobile solutions, and target a wide spectrum of clients and industries across Wales & the South West.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Main focus is to secure quality business appointments for the field based team on a weekly basis
  • Utilise web enquiries as calling data and follow up on these enquiries
  • Liaise with the field based team to ensure communication results in business wins
  • Achieve targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as set out by your line manager
  • Follow up on direct marketing hits, liaising with the marketing dept to record campaign success
  • Generate leads from contacting the existing customer database
  • Inform the prospect clients of available products and services

 

Experience Required

 

  • Sales experience via the telephone in a B2B outbound environment
  • Track record of beating targets
  • Resilient and motivated by the rewards of achieving targets is essential
  • A positive and motivational character who is ambitious and energetic
  • Professional in approach and a proven consistent performer

Rewards

 

  • Basic salary negotiable of £17.5K rising to £20K after 3 months, bonus achievable for successful sales which will allow an OTE of around £35K
