I am looking for a junior to mid weight Business Analyst (BA) who has an IT or Software focus. The Business Analyst will work in an Agile Scrum team on a large programme of works.
The Business Analyst (BA) will be required to take user requirements from non technical stakeholders then build technical and functional specs for developers and Project Managers.
The Business Analyst (BA) will need to have a good understanding of software, SQL, Oracle or Excel/Access databases and technology and possibly change related projects. The Business Analyst (BA) will need to write functional specs, UAT tests scripts and SQL queries.
This role will have training and support but the successful Business Analyst (BA) will have exceptional communication skills, confidence to challenge ideas, technical enough to understand .NET and SQL requirements and have a love and passion Business Analysis and Project Management.

The Business Analyst would suit an ex developer, computer science graduate with experience in a client/customer facing background or a MI/Data Analyst who wants to move into more project based work as a Business Analyst (BA).
