The Client

Our client are an exciting, fresh and dynamic Design Agency and are currently seeking to recruit a new team member to drive new business, win high value accounts and secure long term profitable new clients. 

Responsibilities 

  • Generating new business through networking, cold calling and tender applications
  • Forging strong relationships with clients
  • Taking detailed, insightful briefs to allow design solutions to be developed by the designers.
  • Presenting creative ideas confidently and persuasively.
  • You will then manage your diary and attend client sales meetings, presenting your portfolio and services
  • Account management - Taking briefs and seeing projects through from start to completion
  • Gaining rapport in order to maximise each and every opportunity when they arise and to ensure the long term relationship potential remains in tact 

Experience Required 

  • Experience from a design/creative agency would be an advantage
  • A proven and solid sales background
  • Must have a winning personality to forge strong relationships with a range of clients and colleagues
  • You will have worked in a monthly target driven environment and be used to achieving high profit margins against generated revenue
  • Professional in appearance
  • A driven and positive attitude
  • A consultative approach to sales
