Our client is well established in their market as a leading national organisation. They provide a bespoke environmentally friendly service toUKbusinesses within the public and private sector. With various services available to businesses they have become a one-stop shop to their client base as their service and pricing is second to none.
Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for the overall service/contract compliance (collections, contract KPI’s, reports, innovation) and retention of specific accounts in line with business objectives.
- Managing approximately 10 key facilities management organisations in the Essex/Herts region, you will liaise with buyers, facilities managers and senior decision makers across multi-sites
- You will act as the primary interface between our client and each specific account, responsible for ensuring service success, contract compliance, retention and pricing negotiations.
- You will atend customer reviews and present detailed reports and advice
- You will work closely with other areas of the business to ensure maximum service delivery and communication is achieved
Experience required
- Experience of managing key accounts and increasing the revenue generated from these key clients
- Field based sales experience essential as is B2B contact
- Experience of negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of environmentally friendly product sales would be desirable, but product training is provided
- You will be an excellent relationship builder
- A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build rapport
