- Manage a sales team selling a range of printers, copiers and multi function devices into the commercial sector.
- To provide leadership, managagement and motivation to Commercial Sales team.
- Ensure that the customer centric focus is delivered at all times
- Delivering the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives to ensure continual growth
- Control costs and maximise profits
- Effective performance management
- Manage and monitor KPI’s
- Take a lead in coordinating large scale opportunities and presenting to key clients when required.
- Managing the recruitment cycle
- Develop relationships with potential customers in order to build an ongoing sales pipeline and hit high commission targets
- Diary management of weekly appointments
- Work to weekly and monthly targets focused around KPIs, activity and revenue
- MUST have at least three years field sales management experience from within the industry
- Proven track record of success
- Ideally degree educated
- Excellent Communicator with charismatic personality
- Self motivated and success driven
- Disciplined and methodical approach to work
- Commercially astute and business aware
