The Client
Our client is one of the UK’s most established and successful names in manufacturing in South Wales and is now seeking a confident and assertive Credit Controller to add value to their finance department.
Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s exposure to risk
- Providing daily updates to the bank on debtor funding
- Maintaining the sales ledger system
- Providing bad debt documentation
- Reconciling the debtors ledger
- Monthly reporting on aged debt
- Maintain and monitor credit limits
- Dealing with the On-Stop procedure
- Assisting with new accounts being opened
- Reducing debtor days
- Reducing the number of credit notes raised
Experience Required

Proven experience within Credit Control

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing

Must be confident and assertive

Experience of using Epicore would be a distinct advantage

Experience of export credit would also be an advantage
