The Client
A well established Energy Consultancy business that has consistently grown through excelled service and innovation, to be one of theUK’s largest in its field. Due to successful growth our client is now seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to support their commercial and monitoring services.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the delivery of new meter installations and exchange projects
- Collecting profile data for customer accounts
- Invoicing for metering and data services
- Coordination of on site contractors
- Scheduling appointments with clients
- To resolve customer queries
- Providing reports and statistical data
Experience Required
- Providing support to clients
- Working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills equally written and verbally
- Good attention to detail working on data base systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
