£18,000 OTE + £7000 First Year OTE

The Client

Our client are well established in their market as a leading national organisation with a stable grounding and exciting continued growth plans. They provide a bespoke environmentally friendly service to UK businesses within the public and private sector. With various services available to businesses they have become a one-stop shop to their client base as their service and pricing is second to none. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong B2B telesales experience or B2C field sales experience who are looking to take that step into a B2B field sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Working within your identified region, you will be responsible for generating new business by contacting prospective clients and presenting the product lines to the decision makers
  • Reporting back to management you will provide details on the growth in revenue you have achieved periodically
  • You will be explaining the range of services provided, the benefits and positive impacts to that client’s particular business
  • Upon arranging appointments with prospects, you will attend sales meetings and negotiate contracts with decision makers at a range of organisations
  • Utilising your product portfolio, you will pro-actively source customer needs and act on these
  • Working closely within your team, you will spot market gaps and fill these with new product launches
  • You will use your experience, tenacity and resilience to ensure that targets are met and exceeded

Experience Required

  • Field based sales experience in a B2B role is preferable but strong B2B telesales experience or B2C field sales experiencewill be considered
  • Experience of negotiating contracts and closing whilst maintaining strong profit margins
  • Good time keeping and diary management is vital
  • Must be based in a Central or Greater London Postcode
  • Knowledge of environmentally friendly product sales would be desirable, but product training is provided
  • Resilience and tenacity are prerequisites as the competition will be fierce
  • A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build rapport
