Our client is a leading national supplier of IT and office equipment from multi function printers (MFP’s) to digital document management products, and are well established throughout the UK. They are currently seeking new business focused sales people in South Wales and also in Bristol.
As a company they believe in truly adding value to a process and are looking for individuals with personality, ideas and sales drive to become part of their future.
- Maximising revenue generation during sales meetings with target clients
- You will target organisations from sole-traders and SMEs to blue-chips, establishing their needs and requirements
- During your week, you will indentify and canvass on target business premises with a view to gaining a name or contact and a potential meeting to discuss their requirements
- Selling in a consultative fashion, you will achieve revenue expectations and Gross Profit targets on a regular basis
- Self generation – Gain leads from market and competitor analysis in order to win sales appointments with key prospects.
- B2B field sales experience is essential
- Experience of negotiating contracts and closing clients is imperative
- Experience of selling office or IT equipment, or to similar markets e.g. Telecoms would be a distinct advantage.
- Resilience and tenacity are prerequisites as the competition will be fierce
- A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build rapport
- A competitive basic starting salary of around £18-25,000 (negotiable upon experience) with an uncapped OTE n the region of £40,000 1st year
