The Client

Our client is a leading supplier of managed print services, IT software, multi function printers and general office equipment. A global brand, they are well established with a strong customer base. They are currently seeking a quota bearing Sales Manager to lead their team of sales people in South Wales and the South West.

As a company they pride themselves in providing cost saving document management solutions which can save companies money. They are currently seeking individuals with personality, ideas and personal ambition to become part of their future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team of six to eight,selling a range of printers, copiers and multi function devices.
  • To provide leadership, managagement and motivation to Sales team.
  • Ensure that the customer centric focus is delivered at all times
  • Delivering the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives to ensure continual growth
  • Control costs and maximise profits
  • Manage and monitor KPI’s
  • Ensure 100% usage of the CRM system
  • Work to weekly and monthly targets focused around KPIs, activity and revenue
  • Maxmise revenue generation during sales meetings with target clients
  • Pro-actively target organisations from sole traders and SME’s to blue chip companies to establish their needs
  • Selling in a consultative manner, you will achieve revenue and GP expectations on a regular basis

Experience required

  • MUST have proven field sales management experience from within the industry
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Self motivated and success driven
  • Disciplined and methodical approach to work
  • Commercially astute and business aware
  • New business driven with the motivation to personally win business and hit targets
