Head of Marketing

South Wales

£30,000 - £40,000

 

Role

As the head of marekting you would be expected to use the tools available to you to generate and deliver leads on a continous basis. You will be working alongside the Managing Director and Business Development Director to formulate strategy and ensure that positioning and marcoms are all aligned.

This is a very important and relatively senior role in a very successful online business with impressive and blue chip customers across the private, public and third sectors. Having had a number of years of steady growth the stage is set for further growth, throughout the UK and with the opportunity to become part of the senior management team.

Marketing

  • Web content creation and sourcing
  • Web Editing and site evolution
  • Adwords/SEO
  • Events/Media sources monitoring and relations
  • Market and competitor knowledge
  • Data sourcing and cleansing
  • Social media monitoring/publishing
  • Email campaigns
  • Collateral development and managing external designer

 Business Development

  • Clickthru monitoring/DMS/ and tender scanning
  • Nurturing leads
  • Progressing leads from telemarketing to bus dev
  • Document writing and contribution
  • Attending prospect meetings

 Management

  • Salesforce management
  • Internal reporting, board, meetings
  • Management of Marketing Assistant
  • New partner research and relationships

 Requirements

  • B2B Marketing and sales experience
  • Customer facing with excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot and capitalise on opportunities
  • Proactive and dynamic approach and genuinely results driven
  • Online savvy
  • An ideas person who is adaptable to change
  • Experience covering the full marketing mix

 Rewards
