Role
- Dealing with a range of customers looking for quotations, details and information on Life and Critical Illness Insurance policies
- Discussing criteria and needs with customers to identify the best product for them from a range of policies and insurance companies
- Using initiative and building relationships to identify barriers, issues and solve problems
- Delivering high levels of service to customers when talking about, often sensitive issues
- Having complete regard for compliance and regulatory processes, treating customers fairly and ensuring their full understanding of products
- Working towards targets and delivering high levels of quality and service
Rewards
- Basic salary of £17k + bonus (£28k OTE)
