The Client

Our client is a niche organisation in the hair and beauty industry who offer a very high profile product to consumers.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Corporate image and presentation
  • Price Integrity at all points of Distribution
  • Promotional planning to maximise the sales potential in all sectors in which the Brand operates.
  • Leadthe product team on NPD to inspire and meet the expectations of each customer sector.
  • Internal communication of key Brand messages, direction, news, product knowledge and activity
  • Establish a direct dialog with trade customers in conjunction with Commercial dept
  • Execute PR activity through PR agency, following directions from the Brand Manager
  • Create and execute promotional calendar for total brand sales
  • Managethe website, content, values and promotion
  • Communicate marketing strategy and updates to Exporters and Distributors
  • Review all sales propositions on a monthly basis, identifying heroes and poor performers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and design new kits for approval, presentation and discussion
  • Produce product structures to pre-agreed margins.
  • Create accurate & complete new product briefs to Commercial department
  • Co-coordinate artwork production (and follow through to approval)
  • Enhance brand visibility at appropriate opportunities and events
  • Produce, update and circulate award boards, PR Visuals for shows
  • Write contents leaflets, instruction leaflets and box label copy and supply to Purchasing/ QA
  • Develop new concepts which will excite the customer with a great story

 

Experience Required

 

  • FMCG marketing experience ideal
  • The ideal candidate will be a lateral thinker
  • Have an interest in working for this glamorous industry
