Office Administrator / Receptionist

£14,000 - £16,000 Negotiable
The Client
Our client are an exciting, fresh and dynamic advertising agency and are currently seeking to recruit a new team member to cover Reception, front of house duties, administration and PA responsibilities to the Account Director.
Responsibilities
- Well presented, you will cover reception duties, meeting and greeting clients as they attend meetings with the Account Director
- Your role will also incorporate PA duties including booking travel arrangements, co-ordinating and managing diaries and appointments and fielding calls
- You will be responsible for supporting the office with all day to day administrative duties
- Processing of sales invoices, raising of purchase orders using modern procure 2 pay software
- Drafting and typing of general correspondence, ordering stationary and office supplies
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have excellent Microsoft office skills
- Good communication skills are essential
- Must be able to demonstrate previous administration skills
- Experience in processing invoices would be desirable
- Must have a good head for figures and a high attention to detail
