Recruitment Consultant – Construction (Professional)

Responsibilities

Interaction with various high profile companies throughout the local area.
Speaking with decision makers, managers and directors of companies to discuss current vacancies and future requirements
Liaising with potential job seekers whilst proactively searching for the ideal candidate for a current vacancy you are assisting a company in filling
Writing and advertising job descriptions via job sites, social media and industry press
Arranging and attending business meetings throughout the area

Experience Required

You will have recruitment experience and in particular have at least one year within the Construction (Professional not blue collar) sector
Full knowledge and understanding of the construction recruitment processes and will be able to hit the ground running
You will be a keen business developer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be enthusiastic about what you do ad have the drive and ambition to achieve your goals
Team player, self-motivated, keen to develop and continually improve your abilities, skills and experience

Rewards

This role offers an attractive basic salary which is dependant on experience
