£18,000 OTE

The Client

Our client is one the UK’s most prestigious high-end technology recruiters. Listed in the Top 10 IT recruitment companies in the UK and one of the fastest growing recruitment companies with nearly £18million turnover in only their 5th year of trading. My client has achieved it’s success through recruiting the best graduates in the market and by offering unrivalled training and business skills to perform a professional job. Frequent trips abroad (including Monaco Grand Prix tickets and trips to New York, Barcelona are shared amongst the team for performance. Earning potential in the first year of employment is upwards of £35K (highly realistic) with an average of £40K being taken home by new recruits. Top performers earn upwards of £80K per annum/ 

Responsibilities 

  • Interaction with various high profile companies throughout the UK (and Europe)
  • Speaking with decision makers, managers and directors of companies to discuss current vacancies and future requirements
  • Liaising with potential job seekers whilst proactively searching for the ideal candidate for a current vacancy you are assisting a company in filling
  • Writing and advertising job descriptions via job sites, social media and industry press
  • Arranging and attending business meetings throughout the UK

Experience Required 

  • You will ideally be of graduate calibre
  • You will be very articulate, professional and a standout performer
  • This role is highly suited to anybody with a strong sporting / socially interactive background or for somebody with a competitive nature who has already achieved goals
  • The ability to converse confidently over the phone and face to face is integral to this position

Rewards

  • This role offers a basic salary of £16k with a 1st year OTE of between £35K - £50K
