The Client

 

A leading finance organisation with a strong presence on the High Street is looking for Customer Service Advisors / Appointment Generators to contact existing customers and talk through their options, booking appointments for them to review their current finances and build relationships with their local branch advisors.

 

The Role

 

  • ·         Contacting existing customers at typical points throughout their existing product life cycle and offering reviews
  • ·         Building and maintaining group relationships with customers who may feel that they can not review their finances in the current economic crisis
  • ·         Helping build consumer confidence by booking reviews for them at their local branches
  • ·         Having a good knowledge of products and competitors (this will be trained)
  • ·         Understand and work towards regulatory requirements such as data protection
  • ·         Processing all administration accurately and efficiently

 

Experience Required

 

  • ·         Experience within an upselling or cross selling role within financial services is essential
  • ·         Outbound calling experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • ·         Most importantly is a passion for excellent customer service and a confidence with building rapport and encouraging customers to have a review – even if that only confirms their current position is the best result and no sales are made by the branch
  • ·         The ability to speak Welsh would be a strong advantage

 

 

Rewards

 

  • ·         This role offers a basic salary of around £14k, plus bonus structure (OTE £16,900)

  • ·         Flexible working hours 8am – 8pm Mon – Fri with occasional Saturday mornings 9am – 1pm (35 hours per week)
