The Client
Our client is a leading player in office equipment and are well established as a provider of fully integrated office systems throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager and are offering an unrivalled commission structure and genuine opportunities to progress within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team selling a range of printers, copiers and multi function devices.
- To provide leadership, managagement and motivation to Sales team.
- Ensure that the customer centric focus is delivered at all times
- Delivering the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives to ensure continual growth
- Control costs and maximise profits
- Manage and monitor KPI’s
- Ensure 100% usage of the CRM system
- Take a lead in coordinating large scale opportunities and presenting to key clients when required.
- Managing the recruitment cycle
- Develop relationships with potential customers in order to build an ongoing sales pipeline and hit high commission targets
- Diary management of weekly appointments
- Work to weekly and monthly targets focused around KPIs, activity and revenue
Experience Required
- MUST have proven field sales management experience from within the industry
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent Communicator with charismatic personality
- Self motivated and success driven
- Disciplined and methodical approach to work
- Commercially astute and business aware
