Our client is a leading player in office equipment and are well established as a provider of fully integrated office systems throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager and are offering an unrivalled commission structure and genuine opportunities to progress within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team selling a range of printers, copiers and multi function devices.
  • To provide leadership, managagement and motivation to Sales team.
  • Ensure that the customer centric focus is delivered at all times
  • Delivering the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives to ensure continual growth
  • Control costs and maximise profits
  • Manage and monitor KPI’s
  • Ensure 100% usage of the CRM system
  • Take a lead in coordinating large scale opportunities and presenting to key clients when required.
  • Managing the recruitment cycle
  • Develop relationships with potential customers in order to build an ongoing sales pipeline and hit high commission targets
  • Diary management of weekly appointments
  • Work to weekly and monthly targets focused around KPIs, activity and revenue

Experience Required

  • MUST have proven field sales management experience from within the industry
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent Communicator with charismatic personality
  • Self motivated and success driven
  • Disciplined and methodical approach to work
  • Commercially astute and business aware
