The Client
My client is an established commercial media business (publishing, print, electronic media and design), based in Cardiff. The role involves varied administration. .
- General Admin support within the sales & marketing team
- Assist with website set up and maintenance, databases and other support systems
- Assist with market and productresearch - competitors and suppliers
- Assist with completion of tenders
- Co-coordinating mailshots and appointments for Business Development manager
- Respond to enquiries from- suppliers and clients employers
- Assist with print management support
- Full support and training will be given
The Candidate
- Good communication, literacy, andnumeric skills
- Good understanding of office softwareand processes
- Clear focus on quality and service
- Experience of working in a pro-active sales & marketing environment
- Hard working and flexible approach
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team

Remuneration
Reward is based on experience and performance, with scope to progress for the right candidate. The annual package comprises:
- Basic of £16-18,000 pa
- Bonus of £1,000 pa based on performance
- Stakeholder pension contribution of up to 5% of salary
- Holiday entitlement of 21 days rising by 1 day for each year served up to 26 days
