 The Client

A leading contract / facilities management company who have built their successful business on delivering exceptional services sub contracting a range of staff to large industrial companies are looking for a Senior Contract manager to work on site with their longest serving prestigous client.

 The Role

  • Working onsite with a client that has an 11 year history with the business managing all aspects of it’s contracts for soft services in relation to security, cleaning services, general maintenance, catering, water and waste as well as some hard facilities management.
  • With an ever increasing need to provide value for money via a cost effective yet efficient quality service this is a new role that will ensure the accountability, transparency and value of workers sub contracted to the client
  • The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all queries and negotiations fo rthe sites management
  • The need to fit in to the corporate culture of the site, inspiring confidence and continuing to dveleop and expand a relationship in a business that constamtly evolves is paramount.
  • Any new opportunities to further increase revenue should be highlighted and soght after
  • This role will also cover:
    • The delivery and scheduling of individual services across soft services sectors
    • Reporting on service delivery and key performance indicators to client and Directors
    • Financial reporting managing budget and reporting on profit and loss

Experience Required

  • Experience of delivering soft services ideally within catering, cleaning, security, or waste management in a professional environment
  • Senior contract management negotiation of renewals set up of new service
  • Service delivery reporting
  • Commercial awareness, relationship builder
