The Client
Our client are a well known outsourcer, working on contracts for many well known businesses throughout the UK. Due to the launch of a new section of the business and the instant success of this launch, they now require an experienced team manager to lead and motivate a team of Outbound Telesales Executives.
Responsibilities
- Set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Run training and focus meetings
- Set incentives and run competitions to motivate
- Involvement in recruitment, selection and appraisals
- Ensure these targets are set as minimum standards and are achieved by your team
- Motivate and lead your team and manage their performance at all times
Experience required
- Telephone based sales experience
- Team Management experience
- Resilient and motivated by the rewards of achieving targets is essential
- The ability to remain positive, establish rapport, gain needs and close on these needs
