Technical Support Engineer with XML or SQL experienced

My client, a large and expanding organisation based in centralBristol, is looking for a new addition to their specialist support team.
On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to be able to complete the following tasks with ease:
- Support a range of products and services (customer & supplier facing)
- Manage the setup of new clients and talk through use of service
- Debugging 1st line issues (customer & supplier facing)
- Monitor the products and services to be able to proactively respond to issues
- Liaise with a variety of departments when needed
- Manage your own time and take instruction from the 2nd line team
To apply for this role you will need to match the following criteria:
- Experience of logging and responding to issues via a ticket based system
- Good technical understanding, especially of XML and SQL
- Hands on experience of working with XML or SQL
- Working in a live environment and following incident management plans
- High attention to detail
- Degree educated in a IT related subject
