The Client
Our Sutton based client offer a niche online product to a broad spectrum of clients. Due to impressive growth they are looking to recruit sales orientated individuals who want to establish themselves as a high achiever and make a real splash in this ambitious and growing company. The successful candidate will assist in identifying and developing opportunities and from the success they have in doing this will progress to a more senior role within the company.
Responsibilities
- You will maximise sales opportunities through decision maker contacts via an outbound calling bases, often, these calls will be cold and ‘exploratory’
- Managing your own pipeline of prospects, prioritising the hottest prospects and following up on proposals already out in the market
- Working closely with the field sales colleagues to ensure the territory is managed effectively, whether over the phone or face to face
- Identify, qualify and develop leads from all sources to build the sales database.
- The position requires B2B sales contacting company decision makers
Experience Required
- We are seeking proven and consistent telephone based sales professionals with experience of selling to middle management and high level decision makers
- Experience of working to targets and examples of exceeding those set
- A understanding of online search engines and recruitment software sales is desirable
Rewards
- Basic salary of between £19,000 - £23,000 with uncapped OTE of an extra £12,000 - £15,000
- This is uncapped and the commission structure is very generous
