The Client
Our client is a large, multi-site, medical company, looking for a Training, Learning and Development professional with the ability to work throughout theUK. This client offers a range of medical services and products to the public and private sector.
Responsibilities
- · Working in the field on a National basis, visiting clients on site to demonstrate the use of equipment
- To prepare and deliver materials for training sessions for clients (internal and external)
- To have a working understanding of current H&S legislation
- To support the development and training of all staff
- To proactively manage training for clients to enable the business to foresee trends and react accordingly at any given time
- To ensure quality control of records is maintained and accessible in relation to delegates and companies trained
- To remain up to date with new technology and be proactive in the provision of a modern, professional service by undertaking training and self-directed learning as necessary
- To act as a professional resource for staff and clients, whilst sharing knowledge
- Assist with the implementation of new services with regard to cost and market requirements
- To maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to all Laboratory Services’ activities.
- To maintain up to date working knowledge of Legislation and subject knowledge
Experience Required
- Experience in a previous learning and development or a training role is essential
- The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Health and Safety and / or Employment Law
- A background in substance misuse working would also be a distinct advantage
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills are also essential
- The successful candidate will cover the North of theUK, with occasional trips to Head Office
