Responsibilities / duties:
Dealing with either disease, motor litigation or credit hire files
Manage a busy file load of both pre-litigated and/or litigated cases dealing with tasks such a evaluating and investigating evidence, setting case strategies, providing both technical and commercial advice, drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, drafting letters of response, negotiating claims, preparing counter schedules, billing.
Paralegal/ Claims Handler within personal injury claims is essential (ideally motor claims)
A LLB/LPC is desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience
