Do you have experience working within a varied, busy and close-knit finance team? Do you come from the legal sector? Have you worked on legal accounting software? Are you used to meeting deadlines in an accurate manner? Are you looking to work part time hours?
This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working within a small, close-knit, finance team working within a varied role of which will cover the following duties amongst others:
- Posting Bill to Ledgers
- Processing paperwork and sending payments
- Monitor client receipts and post to ledgers
- Processes client accounts and office accounts payments
- Process credit card receipts
- Deal with any accounts related queries
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Experience working within a Law Firm is beneficial but not compulsory
- Previous experience working within a busy and varied finance/ accounts team.
- Experience using legal accounts software packages is also a bonus, or the passion to learn.
- Only expected to attend the Cardiff office once a month!
