Asset Data Manager (Asset & Sustainability)
Salary: Up to £59,000
Location: West Sussex
I'm working with a client who is looking for an Asset Data Manager to lead their asset and energy-performance data initiatives. The role is key to supporting their long-term investment and sustainability objectives, managing data across multiple systems, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience managing asset data and supporting investment planning within a housing or property environment
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and SQL
- The ability to interpret complex compliance information and turn it into clear, actionable insights
- A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on cross-team working and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
