Associate Director of Estates
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit Team is working within the health care organisation to support them to recruit a permanent full time Associate Director of Estates. The Associate Director of Estates will be a senior member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and providing a safe and compliant environment for health care and work. The post holder will be the focal point for delivery of building, engineering, maintenance, and allied services and will deputize for the Director of Capital, Estates & Facilities Management.
What the Associate Director of Estates will be doing
- Providing professional leadership to ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of the trust's operational engineering services
- Developing and implementing strategies and policies related to engineering services.

This role is ideal for someone with:
- Extensive experience in Building, Engineering & Maintenance leadership
- Strong knowledge of relevant government directives and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of delivering cost-effective and customer-oriented services.
