Yolk Recruitment are looking for a Business Analyst for one of Wales best employers in the tech sector. Due to continuous growth, new team structures and new ways of working this is a great opportunity to bring your creativity to the role - we would love to hear your ideas!

This role will see you working in a team of 12 BA's supporting 3 business streams.


As a Business Analyst you will.

Identify, analyse, and understand our business problems and, as part of an agile delivery team,
Design and build solutions which deliver value to our customers, Work closely with our Business subject matter experts and Product Owners,
Gather requirements, understand impacts and provide insight to enable fact based prioritisation and a safe delivery,
Write User Stories which focus on bringing value to our customers and communicate them clearly with your delivery team to make sure everyone is focused on the right outcome,
Encourage iterative delivery by taking the "just enough" approach and thinking small.

We want to hear from you if you have

A track record of analytical experience and change delivery, including, gathering, analysing and managing requirements,
Experience of the Agile Scrum delivery methodology
Experience of using a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques where appropriate
You'll need to know how to get the most out of a team by coaching and mentoring with energy, motivation and a flexible communication approach.
