Yolk Recruitment are working with an exciting Fintech who looking for a Business Analyst to join our existing Product and Delivery team. Their Business Analysts’ core responsibility is to ensure the efficient and successful onboarding of new clients. They are a learning organisation that is feedback driven and you will play an important role in our ongoing evolution.
Key responsibilities
• Engage with client contacts for project kick-off meetings
• Coach clients on their usage of the platform for their business model
• Guide clients through the steps required to set up their platform
• Workshop with clients to establish solutions that meet their needs and desired outcome
• Investigate and configure complementary applications and services
• Provide support to the sales team from a platform/solution perspective
• Provide support to the account management team for existing clients
• Ensure you possess up to date knowledge of the system to provide advice and guidance on solutions or workarounds for clients and areas of the business
• Train end-users/clients in the usage of the platform during project phases
Essential requirements
• Experience in Financial Services
• At least 1+ years working as a Business Analyst
• Experience in leading workshops with clients to understand their objectives as a business
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience leading virtual/physical teams with a need to influence and direct people without direct line management responsibility
• Able to work well under pressure and on multiple concurrent projects
• Willingness to travel to client meetings
• Experience in configuring and administering enterprise IT applications
• A good team player with experience of working collaboratively on projects from inception to delivery
Desirable requirements
• Experience in Private Asset Investment operations
• Experience in dealing with Financial Regulations
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience within a start-up/scale-up environment
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Experience in SQL
• Google Suite Experience
• Experience of Agile software delivery methodology and tools/skills like specification by example and writing acceptance criteria
