​I’m currently recruiting for a Business Development executive to join a small but rapidly growing Business Communications Technology business.

Based in Bristol, this company are growing the team into the Cardiff/ South Wales market. You will be responsible for managing your own sales plan to achieve your targets and drive the business forward.

The long term plan for this role is that you will be managing a team based in Cardiff, this could be made of telesales/ account managers etc, if you have experience in a leadership capacity or ready to move into leadership then this could be for you!

Your Responsibilities as a business development executive

• New business lead generation through cold calling, networking, referrals and working with existing client base

• Respond to inbound sales opportunities

• Attend regular face to face meeting with accounts

• Develop and manage customer accounts

• Cross sell all products and solutions into existing clients

• Maximise all business opportunities through up-selling regularly

• Maintain CRM system

Your skills/ experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, business development executive, business development manager

• Experience with business communications technology

• Confident sales person – a self starter

• Local knowledge of Cardiff/ South Wales

• Excellent sales and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships

• Ability to prioritise and organise workload

• Strong attention to detail
