Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading Cyber Security company in the UK in search for an experienced Business Development Manager. The company offers a wide range of services such as Penetration testing to Cyber Security packages, which includes services like Intrusion Detection, Behaviour monitoring, threat mining and many more. They also act as an MSP, with services to include Phishing Prevention, ISO 27001. They offer a wide range cyber security within the whole organisation.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the whole 360 sales process, from prospecting all the way through to closing the deal. There will also be account management as you will be keeping hold of existing accounts within the business. To be successful you will need to be new business motivated as a Business Development Manager will need to be able to multi-task

This is a fantastic business development manager role within cyber security where the successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years' experience within the cyber or IT industry.

The role is totally remote, requires no specific location

Main responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

  • Creating and implementing new business, finding new leads, hitting targets
  • Seeking new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
  • Preparing presentations and sales meetings
  • Having the full 360 process, from getting the client to closing the deal
  • Constructing a plan for the sales targets
  • Generate reports for managers
  • Building pipelines
  • Using different prospecting techniques to attract and source leads

Your skills/ experience as a Business Development Manager

  • At least 4-5 years Cyber security sales and a good understanding of certain cyber products
  • Proven track record of reaching targets and KPI's
  • Fantastic with building relationships
  • Self- driven attitude, with a competitive nature.
  • Great communication, with a high energy
  • Ability to demonstrate sales methodology
