Are you a tech-savvy campaign marketing specialist? Do you take joy in planning and developing fantastic strategies within your marketing career? Are you looking to work for an organization that puts sustainability and environmental impact first?
Yolk Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing organisation that’s looking for an individual to take ownership and deliver successful integrated campaigns to build their customer base.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading and executing the development of cross-channel marketing
- Creating inspiring digital and offline content
- Using your insights to create a roadmap for the next 6-18 months
- Planning and optimizing campaigns and setting benchmarks for success
- Leading annual, quarterly and monthly campaign plans
- Working with internal and external partners
- Working with the wider marketing team and agencies in content creation
- Measuring, evaluating and delivering campaign reports
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing or Web related)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Proficiency in the following:
- Campaign management
- Content and video marketing
- SEM (Google Adwords and PPC)
- Social media marketing (Both paid and organic)
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Data driven with skills in analytics
- You’ll be confident in creating and presenting slide decks
- Attention to detail with the ability to see through projects beginning to end
- You’ll be team oriented with first class communication skills
- You’ll be proactive, solutions driven and with a can-do attitude
