Yolk Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and local firm, to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor into their successful and well-regarded team. Due to the success and growth following a restructure, the exciting opportunity has arisen within the team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and family feel firm and expand your knowledge on Public law and Private Litigation work.

This is what you'll be doing

As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with a caseload of Property Dispute, Landlord and Tenant, Contested Probate and TOLATA Disputes.

• Run your own caseload of files from start to finish and act in a fee earning capacity
• Attending conferences with clients
• Assist in business development to generate new business
• Comply with procedures and security within the firm
• Develop business initiatives to improve departmental workloads and billing.

This is what you'll bring to the team:
As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you be an NQ- 2 years (or equivalent) PQE.

In addition to the above you will be:

• Demonstrate client care
• Proven ability to manage own caseload
• Previous experience in Civil Litigation or similar
• Technically excellent as well as commercially aware.
• Experience using social media platforms
• Strong academic background
• Proactive and provide excellent quality service to clients
