Cloud Database Administrator | London | Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite) | Up to £55,000 | 2 stage interview process

Exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator! Yolk Recruitment is supporting a leading media company in their search for a talented professional to take on the role of Database Administrator. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team, and play a key role in ensuring the security, performance, and disaster recovery of the company's data solutions.

The company operate hybrid working with 2 days onsite at their central london office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of AWS solutions including S3 and Athena
• Creation and Administration of non-prod AWS environments
• Administration of MSSQL Server RDS environment
• Upgrade of existing MSSQL Server environment including SSIS, SSAS, MDS
• Disaster Recovery planning, maintenance, and execution
• ETL Monitoring, Trouble Shooting and Escalation

Essential Criteria:

• Strong experience in database administration
• Strong SQL skills and Git workflow and deployment
• Methodical and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with AWS and MSSQL Server is a must
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
