​A UK Top 50 Commercial law firm, are looking for a driven Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their market leading Real Estate division, in which you would work with clients in the Retail sector.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property paralegal to join one of the most highly regarded real estate teams in the UK, ranked in the Legal 500.

Notably this role is currently remote, however you will be based out of their state-of-the-art office in Bristol, post COVID-19.

This is what you’ll be doing

·         Manage a high-volume caseload of estate management work, including grades of leases, tenancies, licenses, lettings etc

·         Support others on property due diligence relating to disposals, acquisitions and refinancing of commercial property

·         Work closes with clients in the retail and consumer goods sector, and understand the opportunities and threats they face

·         Provide exceptional service to your clients

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·         Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Legal Executive experience gained in Property Law (Commercial Property is preferred, but applications from commercially minded Conveyancing Paralegals are welcomed)

·         LLB degree or CILEx

·         Ability to manage a busy workload

·         Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Excellent client care and communication skills
