As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of matters, build close client relationships, and use your technical skills to tackle real estate challenges head-on. From conducting due diligence to drafting contracts, you'll be fully immersed in the world of commercial property law.

What you will be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor

• Support and manage commercial property deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licenses, transfers, and deeds
• Conduct due diligence and title review
• Liaise with clients and lawyers on transactions
• Obtain quotes for indemnity policies and work with insurance brokers/underwriters
• Perform legal research
• Attend client/all parties meetings
• Participate in business development events.

The experience you will bring to the team:

You will have at least 3 years PQE, working as a Commercial Property Solicitor at a like minded firm.
