Are you an experienced Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new challenge within a law firm on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre?

This is what you’ll be doing

You will play a key role delivering excellent property legal services to clients. The type of work you will be dealing with includes landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and sales of commercial buildings and refinancing work. In addition and on rare occasions you will be required to deal with some elements of residential work for your commercial clients. 

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor
• Ideally 5 or more years post qualification experience (as a guide)
• Experience within commercial property / real estate is essential
• Excellent academics
• Commercially astute
• Good communication skills
