Main purpose of the role:
As a Compliance and Onboarding Officer, you will be working as an integral part of both Yolk and Conexus, ensuring all candidates have the right documentation and contracts in place to be placed into a role. As a Compliance and Onboarding Officer you will work closely with both the Sales floor as well as the Finance Team, removing the administrative tasks to facilitate a slick recruitment process. You must be Customer focused, with a can-do attitude and customer experience at forefront. You will be expected to become fluent in current UK and international regulations and understand when to escalate problems.

Key tasks:
Candidate tasks:

  • Ensuring all placement details are correct
  • Ensuring Onboarding Documentation is sent and making sure all required documents are returned and valid
  • Ensuring Overseas contractors have the necessary permits to operate in relevant jurisdiction
  • Acquiring references for all candidates
  • Advising the Sales floor when candidates are compliant and ready to be placed
  • Creating and sending out Terms and Conditions
  • Managing and advising candidates about Holiday allowance, sick leave, and timesheets
  • Ensuring timesheet are received in good time and forwarded to the Finance Team for processing
  • Escalating other HR related issues for candidates
  • General supporting of candidates with a phonefirst attitude.



Client tasks:

  • Ensuring all Client details are correct on Bullhorn
  • Creating and sending out Terms of Business
  • Ensuring client Terms of Business are up to date
  • Point of contact for Client's line managers for nonsales related general queries
  • Amending client Terms of Business as and when needed



Must haves:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to successfully interact with clients, candidates, and colleagues of all levels
  • Process and task focussed
  • Previous administration experience within a similar environment
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
