Compliance Monitoring Analyst

Yolk Recruitment are working closely with a successful and dynamic Specialist Insurance Company based in Bridgend to find a driven Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join their team.

They are a leading Insurance provider, with offices across the UK, Europe, USA and Mexico and complete business in over 180 countries. They are also dedicated to supporting their staff in their development and progression within the business.

What you’ll be doing

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join a personable and supportive specialist Insurance company based in Bridgend. You will work within a small compliance team, where you will review various areas of the business to ensure compliance. You will also:

• Analyse and review data to ensure compliance and to avoid financial crime, bribery and money laundering

• Support the resolution of any exceptions, issues or concerns within compliance

• Complete various anti-money laundering reports and deliver these to the wider business

• Work closely with the head of compliance to produce agenda’s, take minutes and distribute information for meetings

• Regularly update the compliance intranet pages

• Provide guidance to others in the company on compliance

• Ensure all systems and databases are kept up to date and accurate.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

As a confident Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will have previous experience working with Excel, and be confident in your abilities of manipulating data in these systems, as well as:

• Experience in multitasking and working under pressure.

• The ability to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work alone.

• A keen eye for detail, with a high level of accuracy and a methodical approach

• Experience working in compliance within Insurance or Financial Services would be handy but isn’t essential
