Contact Centre Team Leader
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service/sales techniques? Our Cardiff based client are working on some great projects and are looking for a results driven, commercially aware self-starter to share their vision and join their growing team as a Team Leader!

This is what you’ll be doing

As Team Leader you’ll bring your experience and drive to lead by example and support your team to success! You will -

  • Provide direction, leadership, inspiration and motivation to team members

  • Support team members in the principle of providing excellent customer service and participate in the development and management of a call quality monitoring programme

  • Work to targets (e.g. quality of handling customer contacts) Prioritise tasks to meet and exceed the targets

  • Analyse working practices to identify best work practices, improve productivity and service delivery

  • Set objectives for direct reports that are measurable and review progress

  • Manage attendance to exceed 95%

  • Develop a culture of working together to help achieve the best results

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Hands on experience of working in a contact centre environment is desirable, but experience of dealing with customers in other demanding environments would also be applicable

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate a team of Advisor’s to deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • 1+ years’ experience of managing a customer service/sales team

  • Able to analyse, interpret and communicate complex problems in numeric data
