A well established and highly regarded high street law firm, are looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their thriving Property department, in Weston-Super-Mare. Notably, this is a permanent full-time position, ideal for someone who is looking for high quality work and to work in a supportive team as they progress their career.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, dealing with sales and purchase files, both leasehold and freehold
- Gain support from more senior members of staff where required
- Assist Solicitors in the team where necessary
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Keep up to date with changes in the law to further your professional development
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Experience managing your own sales and purchase conveyancing files
- Experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant or paralegal within residential property
- LLB/CILEx is desirable
- An eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ambition, with strong business acumen
