A UK Top 100 Law firm are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor NQ-2PQE, to join their nationally recognised Corporate team, within their central Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Solicitor to join a thriving team with a fantastic pedigree, and to be given a real platform to progress.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Work on a broad range of corporate technology matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial transactions

• Develop relationships with a varied client base, within intellectual property rich industries, encompassing private equity, venture capital, as well as public and private companies

• Develop your knowledge and expertise across the Digital Health and Life Sciences sector

• Involvement within business development activities

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor

• Experience within Corporate law (at least a seat at NQ level)

• Sound mergers & acquisitions and venture capital knowledge

• An interest in the Digital Health or Life Sciences sector (ideally experience in working with similar clients)

• Ability to build strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills

• Meticulous and entrepreneurial

• Driven to progress your career
