This is what you'll be doing as a Credit Controller

• Review and monitor overdue debts
• Communicate with customers via email, phone and letter
• Work with customers on their credit risk
• Contact customers to resolve queries

• Previous credit control experience
• Ability to travel between Newport and Cardiff office
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of sage
• Willing to work as part of a team
• Committed to learning
• Excellent organisation skills
