​Credit Hire Claims Handler

Do you have experience within Motor Insurance? Do you have credit hire claims experience? Have you seen the process through from start to finish?

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working with a fast-growing and highly dynamic Cardiff based team within their Credit Hire department.

You will manage a case load of MOJ portal claims and deal directly with policyholders to resolve their claim, as well as liaising with stakeholders from across all areas of the business including customer service and underwriting.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        1-2 years within Credit Hire, within motor insurance.

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Working knowledge of the current market trends, case law and tools required to challenge any third-party claim
